Model2Code is committed to providing high-quality, timely technical support to our customers and partners. To support this commitment, we have established self-service features for common, simple inquiries, as well as a customer support team that offers a range of service offerings.
 

Self-Service

Model2Code offers a variety of support services free of charge during evaluation period. These services are designed to provide support for developers and architects using M2X powered by Blu Age (including MagicDraw UML) and MagicDraw TeamWork Server.

Electronic Resources

Access a list of widely used sample projectsscreencasts, turorial and documentation.

Software Assurance / Maintenance

The Software Assurance/Maintenance Contract (SA) provides the possibility to receive the latest releases of Blu Age' M2X and No Magic (MagicDraw) products as well as technical support. If you currently own copies of Blu Age' M2X and/or No Magic (MagicDraw) products, the simplest way to obtain the latest releases and immediate technical support is to have an active SA contract.

Extended Online Assistance

The Extended Online Assistance provides support to users to help them use M2x standards products (M2Spring, M2Code for Java, and embedded MagicDraw UML). This support is charged per hour (and counted ¼ hours) on prepaid mode and complements the "Sotfware Assurance" service.
