Extended Online Assistance
The Extended Online Assistance provides support to users to help them use M2x standards products (M2Spring, M2Code for Java, and embedded MagicDraw UML). This support is charged per hour (and counted ¼ hours) on prepaid mode and complements the "Software Assurance" service.
